WD SCAN lets drivers send copies of documents or captured photographs from their telephone or tablet to a Webdispatching application. Captured images of a document can be sorted by type (delivery note, invoice, etc.) and text messages can also be added to them. Drivers can remotely transmit important written evidence to dispatchers for follow-up transactions – billing transport and forwarding charges and documenting accidents and other incidents. WD SCAN allows you to speed up the flow of documents in your company.
